RUNNING

Running a few hours a week greatly increases health.  It boosts the metabolism, as well as raises your immune system to help fight off diesease. Did you know human feet can produce a pint of sweat per day. So be sure to change out your socks on a regular basis.

We try to inspire and enable people to improve their daily lives and the world around them through their actions.  Inspire someone daily is what we like to say here at the office.  If you can put a smile on at least one face a day you have already started to change the world. Smiling is contagious. 

BECOME A PRO

Running like a pro does take some time to achieve.  It's a gradual process that happens over time.  The key to running is to start slow but run often.  Running is hard. Always push your limits though, but be aware and listen to your body.  It always knows what is best for you.
